SoCal Meet-up?

I wish I can go.. but wifey gots work this weekend... :sobbing:
Kids family welcome as this is an easy run.

Since no objection to time so far. Final meet time location is:

9am Stater Bros shopping center on NW corner of Mountain(Ramona Expy becomes Mountain) and Florida Ave(same as HWY 74) between the Taco Bell and Chevron. Everyone top off then pull over to the parking spots between the two. If you want to eat breakfast there is the Taco Bell and another fast food place also a small diner. If you are going to eat there please allow enought time to be done by the 9am meet time.

At 9 we will go over the two choices of trails I have planned and make a group decision as to which one. Go over communication, safety then head out.

The Taco Bell Address is 43466 State HWY 74 or Florida Ave. Hemet

Damnit! This is what I get for not visiting this site in almost a month. Would love to meet and wheel with you local members but this weekend is not good for me :redbrick:

truck

Guys unfortunately AFE called me and told me that my truck will not be ready today for pickup. So basically I'm stuck with their fullsize gmc turbo diesel. I don't think it will make much sense to show up to a 4runner meet in a gmc.

About how long will the whole trip take? I may be able to sneak out for couple of hours.

The trails I am looking at without any stops are 1.5-2 hours. Can add another loop in there on the one. Figure to be done with trail between 1-3pm. I have to be in OC for family mid-late afternoon so wont be any later then that.

Dave- you can show up in the GMC and I am sure if you wanted to ride with someone we would make room. Just would be a bummer to not be able to check out your built 5th, will definitely have to go check it out next time you take it to Outdoor Logic.

Do you think the trail is wide enough for the diesel?

Hey guys, :hatsoff: I would love to take a day off and meet up with you all. I am a newbie to this forum, and offroading. I just bought my Runner 3 weeks ago. I only have a 2WD but I wonder if I could make it to some of these easier trails with you all. I live near Seal Beach and I am down to Meet. Please hit me up I want to know if we can make an easy meet in June some time. This sounds fun! :lookout:

Thanks - Biggs
