Exactly. I can meet up with SoCal guys anytime I want to. The whole point of this meet is for both SoCal and NorCal to meet in a somewhat central location. If you aren't willing to make the drive, that's fine. Locations like Joshua Tree (7 hours away from Santa Cruz) aren't going to work and same goes for locations like Ocotillo that are even farther away.

hello all! i may be interested in a trip as well as my neighbor that has a 4x4 runner. id be willing to meet in a central location for sure. I've never went on any t4r meet ups and do some wheelin. sounds like fun and meeting new friends... sounds great!!! keep me posted please on a date and place etc. thanks.

Pismo is cool, but sand gets boring really quick! Unless your jumping dunes!
*I vote for Bald mtn OHV or surrounding trails (so many to chose from) moderate to difficult trails perfect playground for our 4Runnerz...

I'm down for anything in SoCal. I assume you are working with TRDTeen to organize this.
The thread is titled SoCal T4R Meetup so I assumed it would be somewhere between The Grape Vine and Mexico.
Yes Joshua Tree is nowhere near Santa Cruz but thats because Santa Cruz is not in SoCal and neither is Pismo. Cool places though. I went to UC Santa Cruz and am quite familiar with the 450 mile drive.
Its a quandary
layball: ...... Maybe two trips like one in NorCal or Central and then another in SoCal .... I haven't been to the SoCal section in awhile so I don't know whats been planned lately.
