I'm somewhat hesitant to do this because this is the best vehicle I've ever owned by far! But my priorities have changed, and right now I'd like to use the money towards graduate school. This 3rd Gen is unlike many others out there because this one is a fully loaded Sport model with all factory options. This means it has the factory hood scoop and all the trim pieces and running boards are paint matched, so there's no ugly chrome and plastic on the car. Also it has the tan leather seats, factory wood trim, and the upgraded Toyota VIP3200 alarm system w/ two keyless entry remotes. Also, the color is very rare: Imperial Jade Mica is very hard to find on 3rd Gens! Even more so than black. I searched for several months before I finally found this one in San Francisco because I was very particular about finding one that was "perfect" with all options and well documented ownership history. This one overall is in EXCELLENT mechanical condition and very good cosmetic condition. There are a few small scratches and a couple dents which were already on the car when I bought it, but I wasn't buying a 4Runner to be a show car so it was a non-issue for me. I bought it because I needed a very reliable 4X4 for the heavy Reno/Tahoe winters, and needless to say it has fullfilled it's role without skipping a beat.

More Details:
-clean title in hand
-no accidents, no bodywork of any kind
-passes smog perfectly
-NO LEAKS, no smoke, no issues whatsoever
-rarely been off-road (never under my ownership as this is my daily driver, not a 4wheeling toy)
-158,xxx miles (vast majority from long bay area commutes)
-All maintenance & service up to date (i.e. timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, all fluids)
-Lots of documentation and receipts!

Additionally, my 3rd Gen also has approximately $3,000 in upgrades/accessories that I'm including as part of the deal. This includes:
-Pioneer Premier Navigation & DVD system, JL 10" Subwoofer w/enclosure and amplifier (This custom setup cost over $2,000 with everything installed) I still have the factory CD player also.
-Pro Comp off-road tire & wheel package (This set of wheels/tires cost $1,000) I also have the original factory wheels w/ tires.

More Ownership Details:
I'm the third owner and purchased it in October 2010. The second owner was a businessmen who recently moved into the city and had little use for this truck since he was working 60-70hrs weekly in the financial district and parking in San Francisco is a disaster. He had a lot of maintenance records from both himself and the original owner, so this was a big purchasing factor for me. For example, he recently replaced the timing belt/water pump at 150k miles and had a full inspection completed by both his mechanic as well as a bay area Toyota dealership before he purchased it. The original owner bought it brand new in Palo Alto and owned until 2008 when she sold it to the second owner. Under my ownership I have changed the oil 3 times (I'm very particular about changing the oil every 3,000 miles) and have had two different mechanics inspect the car during my ownership to make sure everything was 100%. Sorry for the long read but I like to be as thorough as possible when I sell a vehicle I own so there are no surprises or discrepancies.

Price is $8,000 FIRM with sound system and both sets of wheels & tires. My cost is close to $10,000 but I'm listing it for a realistic market value so I can make a quick and no hassle sale.

To those looking at the ebay listing...if you read the description you would see that I have NOTARIZED documentation that proves the mileage is in fact correct...CA DMV made a mistake when the second owner registered the car. The title is perfect and there is no odometer issues of any kind whatsoever guaranteed. I can fax or scan/email proof of this to any interested parties. If your concern is to get it cleared from the autocheck score all you have to do is submit the proof to them which I'll provide to the new owner. I never did it because it wasn't an issue to me after I verified the miles/odometer were in fact accurate.

I'm honestly not sure. Is there anyway I can verify? Was the e-locker an OEM feature/option?

I just looked at the original window sticker and part of the sport package is the "4.100 RR Diff."

Does that help at all?

Well in the Supra world the color is ultra rare, and when I was looking for a 3rd gen. I couldn't find ANY that had both the sport package and IJM paint so it's definitely a pretty rare combination compared to others on the market. Just go search cars.com, autotrader, and ebay and let me know how many IJM's with the sport package you find. I know a 4runner isn't rare but this particular trim level is definitely not too common.

Supras must be different, there are quite a few IJM 4runners. Maybe not the most populous color, but popular. And it seems that fully loaded SR5's tend to be IJM. Not sure if that was a factory configuration that they produced a relative lot of or what.

I think the fully loaded SR5's are a bit rare, but the color isn't.

This sounds like a better deal than I got on my fully loaded IJM 2000 since mine was almost this price, but rusty as hell.
