SOLD 3rd Gen Arb Locked Front Diff - $700 Whittier, CA

Up for sale is an arb locked 4.30 front diff. The diff has right around 250k on it but the locker was just installed with new seals (about 5k miles on it being in the diff). When it was in the car in worked great and engaged instantly. I will include the locker switch, solenoid, and some blue air line but you may need more depending on where you mount the air compressor. What is not included is the air compressor and wiring harness. I would like to get $700 obo. Local pickup preferred since it is pretty heavy and awkwardly shaped.

My father and I did the install. We did not mess with the pinion, we just installed it with the new seals and shimmed it till it was within spec. I am selling because sadly my car was totaled in a rollover and I did not purchase another 3rd gen to put this in.

Hmmm, I probably would have been a buyer if a place like East Coast Gear Supply did the work. I'm pretty sure they renew the bearings when they do a locker install and they guarantee their work for a while. Sorry your rig got totaled.

I looked at getting it professionally installed but at this point in my life I do most of the work on my cars myself due to being a starving college student and trying to save money where I can. My father and I have been working on cars since we were teens or younger and are currently doing an engine swap and sas on a 89 yota pickup. But yeah the total sucked but now I am back in a 4th gen.
 
If Franky doesn’t snag it, I’m interested.
