Wheels are in excellent condition. Fit vehicles with a 6 lug 5.5" pattern. Off a 2018 with only 300 miles on them before they were replaced with custom wheels. No TPMS sensors.
Located in San Diego. Willing to ship at buyers expense.
Will these rims fit on a ‘04 Sport Edition?

I'm not an expert on the '04, but after looking around at a couple of websites, it looks like these will fit your vehicle.
