Bulbs work but new ones probably needed as little plastic connector on the bulb to keep ballast attached broke off.
All parts from TheRetrofitSource except halos are from eBay

Headlights and shrouds painted black.

Halos behind the shrouds
Can choose between white or amber color on all the time.
OR
Also can work as switchbacks where white is on all the time then once the blinker turns on, white shuts off and turns amber.
The problem with this though is that that the amber wouldn't blink and would just stay solid.
Never got around to fixing this issue but is possible.

That's an interesting offer but I was planning on keeping the hood. Unless you're making a good offer? I have no idea how much it's worth, had my truck painted so it's not gloss black, and the paint isn't even in good condition anymore. It's also not an oem hood.

It was semi-gloss black, but the sun and engine heat has taken its toll on it and its really bad now. It looks nothing like in the picture and wouldn't even look good on your truck. There are parts of the paint that have peeled, I would feel bad even selling it to you.

Sorry I am not on too often but I think I am going to keep my hood.

I got it off eBay, I think around $150. The condition and fit is great, no issues.
But the hood is the cheap part, the actual parts for the scoop are what are expensive and you can only get those from Toyota.

The halos actually are the only thing that isn’t from TRS. They didn’t have switchbacks when I ordered and so I got those from eBay. They were 30cm led switchback tube strips.

they look fantastic! this is the exact setup I'm going with with the square projectors and shrouds - I just love the lines. I've struggled so long to find a switchback solution for square shrouds.

I'm sorry that I can't take these off your hands, but huge props to you for executing what I've been unable to mentally engineer.

I’m picking up a 3rd gen tomorrow, I might be interested. Are the beams nice and level? I’ve done projector retrofits on a previous rig and I had to level them prior to reinstalling the lens. I’ll be picking up the runner in La Mirada tomorrow. Where in OC are you? Thanks!
