Just said goodbye to the TOY so I wanted to thank all contributors who helped supply all the info I used over the years.
Boards such as this are a real public service and the wealth of knowledge is amazing.

I've looked at Chevy Traverse all the way down to Mazda cx9, still can't decide.
Probably will wait another year

I once had a 1966 E-Type Jag. A story too long to tell here but I turned a tidy profit on it.

To be honest I was disappointed with the TOY! Apart from the transfer case breaking last year the lack of height so I could drive without getting a sore neck was the deciding factor.
Now we are looking for a Unicorn: plenty of room inside, not too big outside, reliable, out of the norm and not costing an arm, leg and several fingers to purchase. I would buy another BMW X5 but they decided to fit twin turbo hand-grenades to their engines and the DI is causing all sorts of inlet carbon deposits that cost around $800- $1K eack 30k miles to eliminate. So even if they survive one or both hand-grenades exploding you still have other problems.
Think I'll start looking for a '56 Packard! LOL.
