hey guys,
its been a while since i posted pictures and ive been busy putting new toys in the truck. so here is a current update on it. im still not done with the stereo system though. enjoy!

dang man that's really lookin nice! any idea if I would be able to take my 01 sport to the dealer and have them install the compass/temp mirror?

probably, except its not factory, its aftermarket. its made by a company called Gentex. its already really easy to install. theres only 2 or 3 wires to hook up, then just glue the mirror button to the windshield using a mirror mounting kit that you can buy at any auto accessory store. i think the entire thing took me less than an hour to install.

but yes, if you bought the mirror im sure you could take it somewhere and have it installed

Very nice! Not into the rear monitors though. People should be looking out the windows not at a TV. I promissed myself i will never let my kids watch tv during daylight.
Too bad Toy messed up with that 4th generation design. That triangular rear piller just makes me cringe every time i see one.

at first, i heard it was illegal to have screens in the dash. but then i guess not? but really, would you really watch a movie for the longest time? unless your on the road alot. like road trip.

its illegal to wire it such that you can watch a video on the screen in the dash while driving. its supposed to only work while in P.
