mine is Sony Ericsson K800i, 3.2mp camera phone. i am waiting on the new K850i coming out last quarter of the year, that one has 5.0mp (both phone is not US official, i just bought mine oversea).
i am very into the black pearl emblems, but since it is very pricey, i am doing research and maybe taking mine out and do some homeade black emblems myself. but i am not too confident about aligning the letters back on, that's my main problem. i want everything done perfect and align back like factory position.

Use a sheet of paper, and a crayon, and do a rubbing of the lettering. Take a measurement from the front edge of the door to the front of the letters, and from the lower plastic body panel to the bottom edge of the letters.
Get some 2" masking tape, 1 high adhesive, one low adhesive, a 1/4" 3M blue fine line tape roll, and some wax paper, and some carbon paper (tracing paper). Lay out a sheet of wax paper, then stick a strip of HIGH adhesive masking tape down. Lay the carbon sheet on top. Lay your crayon rubbing of the letter layout on top of that, and trace it out so it transfers the image over to the tape strip. Use an Xacto and cut out the letters, but not all the way through the wax paper. Weed out the letters leaving a strip of masking tape with letter outlines in it. Now lay the LOW adhesive strip of masking tape on top.
With a china marker (grease pencil) make the measurement marks for the bottom edge, and front edge of the lettering. Then lay out a bottom line and front line using the blue fine line tape.
Peel the two layer masking tape (High stick outline, low stick transfer strips) from the wax paper, and align the bottom and front edges of your outline letters with the blue fine line tape layouts. Stick it down with a plastic squeegee. Now you should be able to peel the TOP layer of low adhesion masking tape off the high adhesion strip with the outlines cut in it.
Now you have a PERFECT pattern to go by in order to re-attach your badge lettering.......

Yes you'll have to be steady handed, so make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Get a small box to sit on for the door emblems, that puts you right up close and not too high or low. Or if you are tall maybe just setting on the garage floor with your legs under the car so you can be real close and brace your hands by the heel against the car as you place each letter would help.
Honestly though, it'd have to be pretty off to really even see it. And 99% of buyers would never even look that close to the alignment of the letters in an emblem lol.

huh? Shouldn't it have a lesser chance of bugs cuz it's the "refreshed" model from the P900i and P910i they had before this???

nope, not really. one of my friend oversea 's been a SE fans... he had all PDA back in the P800i age to P990i.... he said not big improvement on the p990, kinda waste of money to buy it.
