I went to two exhaust shops, and when I asked them how much to do a cat back dual exhaust, they both laughed at me, after they put the truck on the rack. They explained there is not enough room under there for two pipes. The borla kit is nice, but the price is absurd. Pictures would be nice if you have them.

I installed the Borla on my rig, haven't looked back since. I shopped around for custom set ups and wasn't very impress, the cheapest I found was $350, but it wouldn't be made as strong as the Borla. I ended up paying $600 install included for the Borla. All I can say is you get what you pay for.

It can be done, I had a custom job done to make split pipes out the rear of the truck. The first shop i went to said it couldnt be done do to lack of space, the second shop i went to had no problem doin it. The pipe ends up goin right behind the spare tire around it and out the other side, it can be done. I would suggest tryin more shops...cuz it can be done also know that since borla made a bolt on cat-back...good luck

Does anyone know the size of the factory pipes? I was thinking about getting the cat-back system but a couple of shops said the pipes were a decent size, and really did not need to be replaced. What size pipes does the cat-back borla system have?
