something is loose

I can hear something knocking around in the rear when I go over bumps, most noticeable when going over bumps while turning.

I replaced the swaybar bushings and the end links (also with new bushings). Checked all bolts and everything appears tight. Also checked to make sure spare was up tight - looks OK.

Any ideas? Assume it must be a worn bushing somewhere. Thanks.

could it be something inside like in the little compartment in the back

what about the exhaust? On mine one of the muffler hangers broke and sometimes the muffler would hit he u joint.

About a month after buying mine, I had the same kinda thing happenin. My shocks were stock and I assume had been on there since day one. The top of the shock had rusted badly and caused the bolt to break off.

Most commonly, it seems to be the panhard (lateral support) bar. I've noticed it everytime I've removed it for installing a lift that it will make a clunking noise afterwards. If you ever touched it, torque down those bolts even more. I put a dab of chassis grease on the ends as well.

Same goes with the other 4 :/

Check shock bushings for sure. Also try lubing your slip yolk just incase.
