Ive never heard of this kind of suv before or the brand for that matter.. but i think its safe to say it beats the 4runner.. and any landrover/jeep/mercedes out there. Conquest Vehicles | Home I need one.

This thing is a cool, but at the end of the day it's just a Ford..
From the cluster, to the air registers in the dash, to the light switch, the "upfitter" switches on the dash, to the front seats, to the steering wheel. I can

I would kill myself if I had to drive clutch in my 4runner. I'd be bored to tears.
That thing is sick. It looks bulletproof and like a semi. How much?!
I have no problem with Ford. I think there is a reason their pickup wins again and again. They are doing something right. Don't get me started on Mustangs, though.
I think some people here are a little too stuck up with their 4runners. It's a good truck and all but there are cooler things out there. I would trade mine for an SVT Raptor without hesitation. As for what OP posted, well, I'd need more info.

according to the specs, built on a Freightliner platform, and powered by a Cummins.. having for steering wheel and interior trim does not make it a ford, just like my DC10 pen hold on my desk does not make my desk a jumbo jet.

Lol, I said the exact same thing about Automatics. I went insane with 2 pedals and the inability to choose my own gear efficiently. Putting it in D just doesn't do it for me.
I wouldn't couple an auto with a supercharger (or a more powerful 4.0). Automatics are not only as boring as watching clothes dry, but mine granny shifted slower than mother Theresa. I also had 4 long, boring speeds which made the truck literally useless. Overdrive (4th and final gear) was useless and annoying, because as soon as OD would kick in, the RPM's would remain steady for a few seconds and then fall ~500 RPM. On the freeway, I couldn't maintain a steady speed with the RPM's so damn low. I usually had to run at 2,500 RPM and -4Hg to 2PSI boost to keep a steady 75mph.
Hell, I just bought another truck and swapped to a manual because the Auto sucked so bad.
Enter 5-speed... my truck is faster, much funner, way more efficient, extremely user-friendly since I can actually tell my car what to do. My 4.56's feel like 4.88's. 5th gear + freeway at 75mph = -12Hg to -8Hg at 3k RPM. Fuel savings are ridiculous. I wouldn't trade that for a Shrockworks.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but we clearly have very different reasons to drive the vehicles that we drive. 4th gens never came in a manual anyway... so I guess I wouldn't expect otherwise from someone who owned one.
