Sonoran Steel 1.2A Wheel/Tire Setup...

Just bought the SS 1.2A kit and can't wait to get it on. I'm curious what wheel/tire size combos you other SS kits are running.

I'm on the fence between 255/85/16's and 285/75/16's on 16x8 wheels.

I'd like to know what you're running, what (if any) trimming you needed to do and what your backspacing is at.

Pics are greatly appreciated, especially at full stuff/extension or on level ground with tires maxed out in either direction. Also not to steal anyone's ride but make and model of wheels is greatly appreciated to cut down on the search time...

Thanks in advance, I need to make a decision quick before I have a nice lifted 4runner on my little stock wheels...

plenty of pics in build thread, link below. I am running a 31.5" tire and quite happy. I get pretty good MPG ~ 16 to 18.5 depending on how I drive it AND I also feel like I have a lot of power.

For the best results you should probably just use the google bar at the top of the 3rd gen section and look for "sonoran steel"

Here is a link to some of my pics. Details in the signature. I can stuff the rear wheels. It's my DD (200-300 miles/week), so I decided not to do the 285's for mpg.
