don't get too greedy, yet. keep a very close eye on the inner CV boots, it probably will start to sip some grease, that means you are at the maximum height. if they hold up well after 500 miles, then you can crank it up a little.

About the wheels, what is the offset or backspacing of my stock wheels? I have my eye on a style that comes in either 16x8 or 16x10, what is best for my 285/75/16's, and if i think i may upgrade to 315's one day should i do the 16x10's for sure at that point?

For 16s,You wanna look 4' or less backspacing to clear the UCAs. The stock rims have 4.5'.

Actually they have both started leaking grease already. What is the fix?

Also, if i do want to go 2 more inches in front the right way what do i need?

Sure enough my axles are leaking, the driver side really bad. One shop told me there was a split in the cv boot and the other shop said the clamps just need to be tightened.

Will new boots or new axles fix the problem or are they just gonna leak too? In other words is replacing axles frequently part of having a lifted truck, i cant seem to find a straight answer.

looks good, just go with 33's they'll look good and do a good job wheel'n and you may save a buck or 2 you could use for your itunes account or a bagel.:roadkill:
