I have a 1996 4Runner that had it's belts and hoses replaced in February. It was running fine up until a couple months ago. At first there would be a somewhat loud whistling noise when it was started but would go away after warming up for a few minutes. Now it sounds like a chain is being dragged while it is idleing. Any ideas?
