Very nice, what are you guys using to cut through the reinforcement steel? It seems [MENTION=103699]lipek[/MENTION] was able weld in a few filler plates here for a cleaner install?

I'm down at #50 something so I'll be waiting for a while. All I can do is sit back and enjoy the bumper porn for now. :snacker:

Bumper photos soon. 3 of them are shipping to my work next week (#2, #12, #14), likely Wed or Thurs. We got our bumpers decked out with everything. Was told 400# shipping weight each.

The only problem I encounter was that the Jerry can mount cover is just for the Jerry cans so my Scepter cans fit but the cover can't be used with them.

Any modifications to SSO instructions that you can suggest, or things to be mindful of during install?

Finally installed my bumper with the help of my son. Took about 2-3 hrs excluding some custom trimming of some parts.

One thing that definitely should be noted is that if you will be using the gobi ladder than you will need to modify the trim plate. I found out when I went to close my lift gate and heard a loud pinging noise which was due to the gobi lower striking the trim panel.

If you opted for parking sensor holes then the wiring harness will need to be extended slightly. Not to difficult as it is only 4 wires if you cut the harness in the center.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the bumper and can't wait to get it out on the Trails.

Same as stock with the integrated hitch. The entire bumper becomes the hitch and spreads the force all the way up the frame towards the front of the truck. We use heavy 3/8" frame braces to reinforce and distribute the load evenly.

Not sure what kind of jerry cans they made the holder for. Wavian brand won't work.
