We've got a new oring we've just designed that will replace those terrible lower seals. I've also got a video explaining how to install the entire spindle assembly uploading right now.

We'll be sending these out with all new orders and also sending a set to each previous order too.

My passenger side was like that but my driver was warped (from the welding heat I think) so it took us some time of grinding and cutting the seal to fit in place. [MENTION=110183]SouthernSS[/MENTION] what's the part # make or dimensions of that seal ?

My new rubber seals came today, but if you want the regular wheel bearing style seals, TSC - Tractor Supply has them. They are just trailer axle spindles...

Can anyone recommend water cans that fit? My 6-gallon reliant cans don't fit they are too long.

It's pretty easy. Took me about 2 1/2 hours total working time. The most difficult part is getting it aligned correctly. You will probably have a 1/4" gap on all sides so there isn't to much room for error.

Thanks for the encouragement, however, the crossmember notching was above my pay grade, so I opted to have Tim at DMZ help with the install.

Dropping truck off tomorrow and will pick up Tuesday.

Did you have an angled mount for the backup camera? Camera view is very high.

For some reason I thought i read somewhere that the camera was attached to center of wheel carrier using a downward-angled mount???

If it doesnt come with one, has anyone fab one, and if so please post photos.

I actually don't have a factory back up camera. I recently purchased a new pioneer navigation and plan on mounting the back up camera underneath the hi lift lower mount. I'll post pics once I complete the install.

I actually don't have a factory back up camera. I recently purchased a new pioneer navigation and plan on mounting the back up camera underneath the hi lift lower mount. I'll post pics once I complete the install.

The newest revisions were just cut and bent this week. I expect to receive them into the shop early next week.

Could you fabricate a backup camera piece to tilt it down like factory? And, maybe angle slightly to reduce the off centerness. It wouldn't be so much an issue but the lines that project from camera projecting off center & in the air really take away a lot of the original functionality of the camera. I think it would be pretty simple to do and would be VERY well received.

Delayed post after install. Still haven't attached ladder. No current need, but the future plan for a rack is set.

During this install, swapped out front and rear springs. Put OME 2895E rear and King 650lb in place of 550lb. Gained an unexpected 1.5" up front just from eliminating sag after bumper and winch install.

Still need to reroute exhaust behind rear tire.

Love the bumper. It will be nice to get the high lift jack out of the back of the truck during trips.
