Spacer and lift ?'s

Current setup is in sig, here is a pic of my problem. Do i just run some wheel spacers and call it done or what? What if i go to 255's? Is this a stock coil/strut unit?







Also, i am not happy with the rake look, although i do plan to get a rear bumper. Will the bumper bring it down or should i just go down to 7 or 8 wrap coil or some ome's and 265's,16's? I would like a level look and i usually dont carry much gear.I know, i am all over the place!!

It looks like you have a spacer in the front. Can't tell without seeing color dots, but they look like stock struts.
For the rear, I'd wait until after the bumper. Then if its still too much, I'd either go down to a 7.5 wrap, or OME 891s...should take away some of the rake, although it doesn't look like you have a ton. I'd keep the wheel/tire combo, it'll look good with a little shorter coils in back.

Just realized that...I even noticed it when I was looking during my first response!

if you want to run the same setup you have now, get some wheel spacers. You can get some 1" just for the front and that should help...some places even have thinner spacers.

If you went 255s, the sidewall would not come out as far I believe, and you would gain some clearance back.

As far as the rear goes get a buddy to sit on the back and that should tell you if something needs to be done

Wheel spacers are pretty much required to run FJ wheels.

On the rear, LC coils have a very soft spring rate. So when you get a heavy bumper it will feel like a boat. I would swap the 9 wraps for OME 891s and get a spacer OR swap them for 861s.

The rear does feel a little squirely!! The 891's would level it out? Would I still have some rear clearance with them offroad? What about the wheel spacers off road, any issues?
