spacer issues

Hello all I am not sure if my other question went through. But I want to put a spacer kit on my 05 4runner, so I can get 33 inch tires under it. Does anyone know which kit is better. The ready lift spacer alumuim that goes under the shock mount, or the alumium spacer the you take the coil out and put the spacer on the top and put it back together. I have a coil compressor. I have read so many opions on what each is bad for your ride that I am looney. Also do i need to get any thing for the back or is the front fine. Do I also need spacers for the differential to compensate for the angle. Thanks
