spark plug replacements

I am getting ready to do a little work to the 4Runner and want to change the spark plugs as I have just over 30k on it. Are all the new spark plugs for it also 30k spark plugs or are there any out there that are 100k ?? If so does anyone have a part number or where do I get these??

Oh and this is for a 2009 V6 4x4.

I have a V-6 to and I went to Denzo iridium twin tip. I got them from advance auto parts. if you want the 100k plugs you have to get the iridiums be it NGK or Denzo. I was going to get HKS ones but the Denzos were cheaper.
