spark plugs gap differences

How critical is it for plugs to have minor difference? I bought 6 new plugs, denso k20hr-u11 . Out of the box 3 of them are 0.043 and other 3 are 0.042. Do I need to make all of them 0.043 like the factory spec or OK to use them as is? Thanks.

I wouldn'tworry about it. But that's my opinion. Wait for some techs input
