Speaker brackets for 2008 4Runner

Hope someone can help...

I am trying to install new speakers in my 2008 4Runner SR5. The fronts are oversized 6x9 and the rears are 6.5 (some places even reference 6 3/4). Additionally, the bolt pattern in both areas and the diameter in the rear is such a special bracket is needed. Anyway, if someone can offer an answer, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Scosche makes some adapters for the front doors to fit a regular 6x9. They also make some for the rear doors to fit 5 1/4. You can get them from crutchfield.com

They will they you exactly what you need.

Or you can just make your own like I and most people on here did. Very simple to do, just use the original speakers as a template and use 1/4 to 3/4 mdf board. Make sure to paint the mdf so it will last longer.
