Hello,
I'm undertaking the upgrade of the speakers in my 2004 Limited with JBL.
I have already upgraded the head unit to a 2 din Kenwood. I understand the door speaker dimensions, ohm rating etc. My question is about the smaller speakers, I've searched this site as well as Crutchfield and others, but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
The upper speakers in the doors as I understand it are tweeters. The speaker in the dash sounds like it's putting out more than highs, I'm thinking it's more of a mid/high. The rear pillar speakers; are they the same as the doors, or the dash, or are they yet again different?
I will make a list below of how I think it is, perhaps someone could fill in the blanks and correct my misunderstandings.

Front door lowers - 6X9 Mid/low woofer
Front door uppers - tweeters
Rear doors - 6.5 full range
Dash - 3.5 inch mid/tweeter?
Rear pillars - tweeters?
