it depends on where the amp is located, i would get 2 rolls and run at the same time, its faster and easier, lay it all out and have an idea, then plan it. 12-16 gauge is enough.

As cheap as wire is...buy plenty. You DO NOT want splices in your wiring. I'd also buy a top quality wire (Pheonix Gold or Monster Cable).
When I did my system back in the day, it took me over 8 hours. As I removed the seats & carpet to get wiring ran for 2 subs & 2 amps in the rear cargo area.

You got some good advice here , always buy more , because less means having to go back to the store , and always go with the better wire , remember that is carrying the signal so the better the signal the better the sound . If your using a crossover ( which I always recommend ) make sure to do some fine tuning once you get everything wired up and before you clean up and put everything back together.

just use 2 rolls at once, start from the front and work ur way back to the amp, then do the rear doors and work ur way back, leave about 3ft of extra slack at the amp and 3 ft in the doors, u can always zip tie it out the way, why i said 3ft of slack is because during upgrades, u can have extra wire to use and not need to splice. if u also have an aftermarket alarm, i would go ahead and run 2 pairs of 14gauge wires per door, to the window motors, this is for the 530t, window mod. its just a suggestion if u want auto up and down on all windows with alarm system. good luck and get some silicone spray, easy to fish the wire thru doors.
