I have an 02 4Runner and I went to bigger tires and wheels. I was told that I would need to have the speedometer recalibrated so I dont put any unneeded stress on the tranny. By using the tire size calculator my speedometer will be off about 4.5 mph. Does anyone know where I could get this done? Thanks.

You don't have to do anything. The only thing that will be off is your speedometer (it should read slower than what you're doing) as your tripometer will be off as well. Both readings will be lower than what you really are doing.
It's hard to say how much you'll be off w/o telling us what size tire you went up too.
As for me I haven't recalibrated my speedometer
Fyi, I'm about 10% off and as soon as I go bigger, I"ll be off more. doh!
The tranny is strong enough to sustain alot of stress so no need to worry.
