Spenedwrds build #3

Ordered some lights for the 4Runner. Started on some home made brackets tonight, should finish up tommorrow after work. For now here are the lights.

43" curved led bar for windshield.
2 6" single rows for front fog lights
And 2 more 6" single rows for reverse lights to go on the bumper.

Mounts just about finished. Need to cut the tops and slap a coat of paint on them. Not bad for about 8 bucks in metal

spenedwrds, Those light bar brackets looks awesome man. Great job! That light is pretty fancy too. I had never seen one with the remote and all. Again, nice work!

What brand light bars?....

Brackets look awesome.

STILL loving your build.

Can't wait to see the smaller ones mounted!

Nice build man! Also nice to see a fellow Georgian... They seem to be a little rare haha. I'm a big fan of that rear tire carrier you built.

Thanks man! Saw it online so I found one on eBay where I buy everything. Haha

I bought them all off eBay for 160 dollars. 43" curved light bar and 4 6" bars. Hopefully I'll have them mounted up this weekend

Thanks! I ended up selling the tire carrier. I had a rear camera that I needed to install and figured out it was going to block it. So sold it. And the Georgian 4runners aren't as rare as u think. We have a pretty large group on Facebook. About 200 members. Search for Atlanta 4runners we have monthly meets, workshops and wheeling trips

The remote function is awesome! Seems like a really good way to scare someone..

Also, that retrofit is looking sooo good. Love it.

Can you provide the eBay seller's username?...

160$ for all that??? That's awesome

I just searched 42" curved light bar. There were multiple ones that popped up for about 115 or so. And then did the same for the 6" bars they were 4 for 40 or somewhere around there. Just search eBay and find a seller with a good review.

Awesome. I'll look that up. Had no idea

Got one set of the 6" fogs hooked up today. Next set will be used for reverse lights on the rear bumper.

I don't think I've ever commented in here, so I wanted to stop and say that you've executed a great build! I just read through it, and you've taken it a long way from where it started. Also, it's good to see that you get out and wheel it hard.

You guys with the IJM paint make me a little jealous. That was my first choice for paint color, but they just never pop up here in NM.

Nice adds with the TRD SC and the e-locked axle, and the fishing rod holder is pretty cool too. How's that working out in the long term?

Thanks man appreciate the compliment. Always admired your builds. I don't get to wheel as much as I'd like too but when I do I like to see what it can do.

Always loved the ijm to. It was the only color I looked for when buying this time.

And as for the rod holder. It works perfect for my needs and have yet to snap a rod on it. I've broke 3 rolling the back glass up and forgetting they're back there so it's been nice!
