It looks that way in the photo compared to 20% over the darker factory tint. I think it was because there is a white object behind it. It doesn't look so clear in person but there is definitely a difference .....and in hind sight I might have gone 20% all the way around.

Yeah I dont know the state legal limit is 27% and a 500-5000 dollar ticket in my area so I think im going with the 35
