Split tcase on r150 r150f

Hello and good day
I'm currently working on offroad project that I inherited and I don't like couple things in it
It has om617 turbo
Doomsday diesel adapter
And transmission from 1991 v6 4runner
A think it's or r150 or r150f
To get drive angles to proper dimensions I'm thinking of changing the tcase
My question will split tcase fit my transmission?
If yes what tcase I should look for?
And another question
Any transmission options with higher gears than r150? That will fit same bellhousing and split tcase?

Looks like a passenger side drop tcase? If so I’d look for anything made for 2nd gen 4runners or pickups

Is this in a 91 4runner or a 3rd gen? I need more details on this om617 swap
