Spotted: Light blue modded 3rd gen, Johnson City, TN

Last night I saw a lifted light blue 3rd gen in Johnson City parked in the parking lot across from Mid City Grille at about midnight. The truck was lifted with black aftermarket wheels with a chrome rim(I think) and possibly 33's. Also had a lot of decals on the back windows. I can't remember many other details but I remember it being a nice truck. Just curious if the owner is a member here or not.

I saw this truck again the other day. It was at Pal's off of exit 17 in Johnson City. I snapped a picture this time while I was waiting on my delicious food.

Yeah I thought about that. Unfortunately I was pressed for time the most recent time I saw it. The first time I was slightly under the influence and didn't even think about pictures or anything.
