Spotted: modded black 3rd gen Atlanta

Hey guys, I saw a modded black 3rd Gen today in Atlanta at the Grady curve with a lift, tires, rims, a few bumper stickers, hauling a$$ in the HOV. Anyone know who they are? I would have snapped a pic but I was looking a turn around.

I know of 2 modded black 3rd gens in atl and neither of them are on this board. one has the tan limited flare package and one looked like mine did a few years ago
