I know this one is a long shot considering ive only seen a few members on here from MS on here.... monday on my way to work i seen a 4th gen in front of the casinos in biloxi, MS. Had some work done to it, looked like a steel bumper and lights on the roof. Lifted, tires etc..

Nope, i knew of this one before. The T4R i saw was black or some sort of dark color.

Saw a lifted 4th gen Saturday driving south on i15 in Utah around 6. Pm Hi lift mounted to roof. Dude driving saw me and waved.
Also saw this 3rd gen. Blacked out. Arb Style front bumper. Green window decals parked on 300 east, pleasant grove Utah.

This Runner parked next to me at the Dick's Sporting Goods at Dulles Town Center, Dulles, VA on Sat. 3/8.
Antique plates w/ a red engine skid. Really clean looking rig.

Being in a relatively big city I see tons of 4runners. At least 4-5 a day.
But Today I saw a really clean later model 4Runner in white behind me this afternoon in Mira Mesa. Tool Dipped hood, front/rear armor. Very nice, never seen it before. Seems somewhat likely to be a member here
If you see this I was in a new bright red 4runner with wheels and a rack and a "Fly RC" and "NSFW" stickers on my back window.
(Yes this does sound like a missed connections thread)
Also saw an older dark green one with a tiny tiny luggage basket on the stock roof rails, otherwise stock. He blew past me and another person slowing for an on ramp signal, he went into the carpool lane (single driver) then ran the red light to get on the freeway ahead of us without slowing down. THAT guy was a dickhead!

White 3rd gen. Lift. Black rims. Roof basket. Possibly bigger tires and it looked like a home made front bumper, black rear bumper. Traveling North on I-15 Near Sandy, Utah. Got off 10600 S. Pulled up right next to me so i'm pretty sure he saw me.
