No Fjs that I know of, a couple tacos, a Jeep or two, I guess the balance will be 4runners. Honestly I don't care what anyone drives, I came from Jeeps and was always perplexed at the tribalism.

I can assist with running around Flagpole/Reddish Knob, I know it well enough and I have a CB (rooftop mag mounted highland) I usually use my phone for GPS. I haven't ran up/down Switzer before but I know where Switzer meets union springs in the mountains. I know the beginning of switzer is right off of route 33 about 15 or 20 minutes ahead of where you turn off to start going up the flagpole knob trail.

I know you said start time and location is TBD for running Flagpole (atleast I think it is still TBD) We usually meet up at 1010 West Market St in Harrisonburg, VA its a Shell station and is used quite often as the rally point for everyone who runs the flagpole knob trail. I can say from experience, a group of 10 vehicles will take from 11a.m. to about 5p.m. to run up Flagpole and get to the very top (this usually includes playing in the mud holes and stopping at a couple of vantage points for the enjoyment of nature) via Union Springs Road.

I would encourage a rally time of 9 a.m. so we can get on the trails and and let those camping to do a soft setup. These are my recommendations from my personal experiences of running through the mountains outside of Harrisonburg.

I've been quietly watching this thread. Have been out to Flagpole several times, including one with Greg. Would like to join in, but have a few commitments/conflicts at the moment. New Pelfrebilt bumper coming about that time as well.

I'll continue to lurk and chime in closer to April.

I'll be in mine. I, too, get pretty anxious about pinstriping. The union springs side is the only place where I got scratches that didn't buff right out.
