Did you install denso twin ground plugs?

What brand are the spark plug wires?

If you haven't replace the fuel filter, it is a good idea to get a new OEM filter. Remember to wear goggles before removing the fuel lines and connect both fuel lines into the new fuel filter BEFORE mounting it into the body.

How about the air filter?

now getting a code, P0303, misfire in cylinder 3, could this be my new plugs and wires already or something else, really starting to run like crap

Switch out the coil pack and see if you get the misfire in the new cylinder. If you do, change the coil pack. If the misfire in cylinder 3 continues, change the fuel injector.

changed plugs and wires with OEM when i got my cylinder 3 code. Fixed the code but not the spuddering. Changed the fuel filter last night. Was factory with 127,000 miles on it. Tried blowing through it and there was considerable pressure needed to push the fuel out compared to my new one. 4Runner has a lot of pep now with no hesitation.
