Strange issue but under slow acceleration, when the engine is under 2000 rpm, I get this annoying squeak out of the headliner. I can lightly push it up, just behind where the passenger side visor is and it stops for a short time. I am not sure how the headliner is attached and thought that maybe one of the clips was loose? Any ideas? Fairly annoying in an otherwise great vehicle. 2006 SR5 2wd, 3rd row

Squeaking headliner?

I had some issues where the headliner would sort of vibrate while I was driving, didn't matter what speed. It was driving me crazy so I pulled the interior lamp down and shoved pieces of cardboard in the opening in all directions to fill the gap between the headliner and the actual roof.
I do have a sunroof and thought it was related to that based on some common problems people have reported here, but my problem ended up being the headliner (some plastic piece of it) rattling against the metal roof. So cardboard was the only thing I could think of at the time to wedge up there. It has worked pretty well, I think I had to redo it once near the beginning but I don't hear the rattle anymore.
