Squeaky drivers window

My drivers window is squeaky. It drives me off the wall. I sprayed the crap out of it with white lithium spray, which makes a gigantic mess. Eventually it stopped. Now 5 months later it's doing it again. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it?

Thanks for bringing this up, I have the some problem. I have just been too lazy to take the door apart to see if anything needs to be tightened or greased.

It's so freaking irritating . Yours is doing the same thing?

Yeah, I have had the same problem for sometime now. It kinda seems like the drivers window has a bit more play to it when it is all the way up than the other windows do.

Have you narrowed down where the squeak is coming from? Is it just the top of the glass rubbing on the top window seal. Or could it be coming from the window regulator in the door.

sounds like its coming from the regulator. You might wanna take the door apart to at least inspect it. Not sure if you have done that yet?

I was thinking about doing that, but wasn't quite sure how to take the panel off.
