Do you remember where it sat before you loosened it?
Squeaking belts means they are either loose, old, or wet. Any chance there is oil, radiator fluid or water getting on the belts?

Always the possibility it is an alternator or idler bearing noise. Try removing all the belts and seeing if the noise goes away. Then add the belts back one at a time to nail down the source.
Spray water on each of the pulleys while running. The squeaker will usually quiet down after a shower. New belts can take a lot of tension and often need to be tightened up.

The goal is you want the belts as loose as possible without causing them to slip or squeal. If you over tighten them it will kill the bearings in all the accessories connected to them. You can hit the belt while running (BE VERY SAFE, NO LOOSE CLOTHING, DONT TRY IF YOU CANT BE SAFE) with a little soapy water or bar of soap and if it goes away you know which belt to tighten up a bit.

1/4" deflection for the PS belt, 3/8" deflection for the ALT belt, and 3/8" ~ 1/2" for the AC.
My guess as other have mentioned is a failing bearing, such as behind the fan clutch bracket.
If you have spend some time in mud, try taking a brass brush and some cleaner (Simple Green) and clean the grooves of the pulleys.

On another car, the new ones squeaked more than the belts I was replacing... I ultimately had to exchange the belt for another brand.. That may be a last resort.
Luckily the new 3 belts I just put on the 4R are silent, and aren't very tight after stretching over the last few weeks... I need to get back under and tighten them up again.

You sure that the fan is not just loose? Have you tried tightening things down?

Yea its all tight would just spraying WD -40 help I mean it does have over 308000 miles on it and only does it when its has rained or if its cold but thanks for all the replies

If your sure it's the fan clutch making noise, then replacing it is your only recourse. There is a fan bracket right behind the pulleys, which also has a bearing. With those miles, I would replace the FC as preventative maintenance.

It's pretty unlikely that the fan clutch is making a squealing noise. You very likely just have a belt that's slipping, most likely the alternator.
It's not hard to test either. If the noise gets worse with your headlights and blower motor, it's the alternator. If it gets worse when you turn the wheels, it's the power steering pump. If it only happens when the A/C is on, well........:drama:
