Alright Sushi with all the snow we just got, although your on the ocean, did
you get to drive in the snow with those tires? Just wondering cause I'm looking
for those in a 235/85/16 size but in New England we need a good snow tire.

General grabbers are more for desert/sand applications, not really geared towards a snow or mud tire at all. Sure they look kinda cool, but not the best choice for crawling, mudding, or snow.

6.2 nailed it on the head. Im excited to see how they are though. its a pretty blocky tread pattern, snow has really nowhere to go...i talked to MillerPKA (Weston) when he had these on his 4runner and he didnt have any complaints when he drove in the snow. we"ll see

I love the tire/wheel combo. An ODL bumper will really make it look like a beast. Nice build thread, I wish I took more pics when I did mine. Did you add the E-locker?

I did! out of a 99 highlander edition. Pretty big project but WELL worth it.

Yeah I'm on a raptor forum, so a ton of guys run them as they are in the desert and they are great.

Honestly I'd recommend duratracs, or toyo M/T's for winter driving.

Correct! it was pretty straight forward, i took a trick from LINY4runner with a bag of dimes to line it all up. :thumb3:

Im running toytecs 1/2 in top spacer. With the stock bumper i rubbed a little with the 315's. minor trimming.

I dont wanna sound stupid but im tryin to learn, I know LC Coils are from the front of the Land Cruiser but are the shocks too or are they from rear of a LC
