SS brake line lengths

I'm planning to do the TBU and figure I should do the lines as well. I saw the thread for Metro and I emailed them. We're chatting back and forth over fittings and such. If I don't have a lift, how long are these supposed to be?

2 front and 2 rear

Go measure your oem lines.

I ran into this recently (not so much the TBU), but i replaced my lines front and rear. The rear has only one hose going to it just above the dif.

I got stock lengths and i've had no issues: I've heard that up to a 2 " lift will be fine.

THis is what I got. i've had them on for about a month now ans they are awesome.

Metro just got back to me on this. $36 per line, ugh. The Wheeler Offroad ones are going to be less.

The second rear line looks different though. The guy who's thread pointed me towards metro had all four lines with the female M18. This is what leads me away from the centric ones, fittings look weird.

I just called a local 4 wheel parts store and they said they only have 95 and earlier for brake lines, and they don't have materials to make me some. The guy said he's never seen them for newer 4runners and doesn't know where to get them. Was this his first day at an auto shop geared towards offroading? geez.

Thanks. Seems like some have female on both ends. Some have the loop. Maybe depends on the caliper then. I've seen videos on using the bolt loop to the caliper. I'll study mine on Thursday when I'm off.
