SS offroad bumper start getting rusty

Hi guys, my SS offroad bumper start showing some rust inside corners. the bumper is only 16 month old how would you take care of that rust before it gets worst, spray paint?

POR15 should work for that.

Yup what the other guys said. It is like a hitch receiver. In the rust belt these things require yearly touchups. You can prevent the inside from rusting with fluid film.
