I just bought a 99 Limited with 200,000 miles. Runs great after changing plug wires. I think it needs tie rod ends but other than that it's in great shape. I want to remove the running boards but not sure how that works on the 99 limited. Also want a 3 inch lift but one that works, not just for show although it's going to be a daily driver mostly. Just got back from CO where we took my friends 97 4runner up Tin Can pass and that was about the most fun i've ever had so I'm looking forward to doing some wheeling myself.
