It's repairable if you want to put the time into it. Honestly though, you'll spend more time repairing that than swapping it. I've had to do some frame repairs on mine, and more to do this coming spring/summer. It's easy to do if you have the tools, but that's pretty extensive.

Maybe this one has a clean frame. Buy that one and replace all the shitty parts with your good parts. Then you'll have a 5 speed too!

Frame swap or part it out and buy another one. I wouldn't want to drive that with cancer like that.

If that 4runner has a better condition frame I may look into it as an option, as for COB I have someone who pretty regularly drives to and from Arizona and sometimes to California doing transport stuff so I actually might be able to talk to you about some stuff
