Stained front tire

I have seen pictures of how leaking rear axle seals stain the tires with oil. I have a similar looking situation with my front passenger side tire. Anyone have a guess on where I could start troubleshooting? The CV boot seems to be in good shape.

what about axle was leaking in the past and it was rotated to the front.

otherwise just check the boots like u already said
