Stainless Exhaust Cleaning Question

Can it be done?

Original stainless exhaust on my 98 Limited, 252,xxx miles daily driver and it's looking a little brown.

Can it be cleaned back to shining? My father said memory foam, will that do it or is there more to it?

I use metal polish and a stainless steel wool pad. Brings it right back. Use plenty of polish to lubricate the steel wool. Or you can use a green synthetic scub pad

Oh wow. Didn't realize the original pipe was stainless nor that it could be cleaned. Awesome, it's really been bugging me. Thanks for posting this!

I painted mine flat black with a high heat muffler paint because deleting chrome makes my day.
