Stalling with more than 3/4 tank of gas

I think I am having that issue where the truck will sometimes stall if the tank has a lot of gas in it. I know there are threads about this but I can't find any. I am almost positive my EVAP system is not working and if I remember correctly from those other threads the EVAP that has something to do with it. Can someone point me in the right direction here?
