Starter Contacts

I have been having a problem with my starter contacts (turn the key and hear only one click). I searched the forums to figure this out. The problem is I don't know where to buy a kit, or what the right kit is. The threads that I searched have links to kits but the links are no longer valid. I also PMed a user who bought a kit but he hasn't responded. If anyone has any information on where I can buy a kit and what the right kit to buy is (3rd gen obviously, 1998 if it helps) I would appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks a lot Elton. So do I not need a new plunger or anything else, just the solenoid contact? Or is there no way for you to know unless you see my car

all most all the time its only the contacts that go bad

I just helped my friend do his contacts. He just went to the dealer and got new OEM ones. Super easy fix, was like $30 or something. Works perfect now.

So you bought the OEM contacts from the dealer and then put them in yourself?
