Kind of like Aisin makes the water pump, Denso makes the ignition coil, Tokico makes the shocks, Koico makes the tailights, and NGK makes spark plugs

Before I went into business for myself, I sold chemicals and GKN one of the many plants i called on. I got see how a cv joint was made. I got to see how they were tested and assembled. I also found out that the manufactures have certain requirements and specifications like what type of grease is used and how much.

I also found out that parts are made right around the same times that the trucks are assembled so nothing sits idle in warehouses. When the factories close for maintenance, so do most of the suppliers.

Do you have a spare CV axle?
If so, put that in and ship the one to be rebooted to CVJ.
If not, Buy a spare from CVJ, install that one and ship yours down to be rebooted.

CVJ only sells OE rebuilts.
