Starting Issues HELP

Got a 91 4runner 3L. when I got it it had a little trouble starting. always had to give it a second crank over and gas to start then she runs fine:AK47:. its not my fuel pump and not my fuel filter just wondering if anyone here knows about this and could help me out. Im thinking its somewhere at the intake or fuel rails but not sure? HELPHELP

i had a similar problem with my 1995, i changed the fuel rail and still had a problem, so i look into my ignition coil, it was bad and haven't had that problem since!
