State Chapter sections.

Surely this has been thought of, but is it possible to have state chapters sections? I'd gladly volunteer to be Nevada's Mod

I was hoping to have one specifically for Southern Nevada or Nevada in general. The grouping is not useful.

For smaller subsections, just start a local group thread and maintain it within the larger group section.
