Just figured it was about time I assembled a place to update my latest purchases or mods. I'm more so doing it so I have a place to display my purchases without cluttering up the picture sticky etc. It's terribly lame right now, but I have a few solid items waiting to be put on. This is far from a build, I'm just making it "mine." Yes, it's pretty generic but I'm sure I'll do a few things different than the norm.
and my latest purchase:
Enkei port installed FJ 18's. They were a dealer installed option on FJ's in the Southeast. Original receipt was over $1100. Needless to say I am ecstatic to get them for $275. The only thing I don't like is the tire prices vs. 17"
I plasti+painted the spare wheel just to play around and I need opinions. Half of me thinks they look amazing in gunmetal, half of me feels bad painting some beautifully polished wheels. I can always pull the plasti off but its a waste of $60 in supplies.
Attached are a few pictures of the new wheels for comparison. Please weigh in on what you prefer! I'll get some pictures up of the vehicle as a whole the next time I wax it. Thanks for looking!
