Steelcraft nerf bar step pads - need replacements

The place I bought the bars from is out of business and the plastic step pads are rotted out from the sun (I assume, I'm in San Diego). Steelcraft only will replace the pads through a warranty through one of their dealers.

Any ideas on how I could get replacement pads? They not only look bad but I don't want my wife or kid falling on their heads when the climb in.
